Safeguarding statement

The welfare of every child in our care is our first priority. All staff are DBS-checked, trained in safeguarding, and follow our Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy at all times.

Complaints procedure

If you're unhappy with any aspect of our service, please raise it with a member of staff or Denise Osei in the first instance. We aim to resolve concerns within 28 days. If you remain unhappy, you can contact Ofsted directly.
